Sesame seeds. Contain 50-55% Oil and 25% protein. The Oil contains approximately 47% oleic and 39% linoleic acid. Sesame seeds are used in baking, to top breads, buns and bagels, in crackers and in cakes. It is used as an ingredient in soap production, cosmetics, lubricants and medicines, it has a rich flavor. We source natural sesame seeds from Nigeria origin and avail them for export at competives prices.
